IT Business Analyst
Job description:
- Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
- Lead product demos, gather feedback, and facilitate cross-team communication.
- Translate business requirements into clear, well-defined, and prioritized tasks for developers.
- Ensure the team remains focused on delivering business value – not just features.
- Support backlog management, ticket creation, and scope control.
- Contribute to a culture of trust, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT business analysis, especially in complex or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams in Agile environments.
- A genuine interest in understanding clients’ business goals and translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
- The ability to challenge ideas constructively and focus on delivering MVPs.

Salary: €1,500 – €2,500 netto (€2440 – €4132 gross).
