Job description
Requirements for candidates
- At least 3 and more years of successful experience in accounting, finance and/or audit.
- Great understanding of Estonian GAAP, taxes and processes (ACCA qualification and / or knowledge of IFRS standards would be an advantage).
- Advanced MS Excel skills, ability to quickly adapt to new accounting software and work with multiple clients.
- Proficiency in English language (for cooperation with colleagues and partners in other Baltic countries),
- Proactive approach, organizational skills, excellent analytical skills and accuracy.
Job description
- Work hand in hand with Project Lead supporting clients in Estonia, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs.
- Ensure accounting cycle runs smoothly, preparing financial and accounting reports, payroll calculation.
- Make the data talk – share insights with colleagues & clients and provide information for third parties.
- Seek to stay up to date with developments in professional area, developing own skills & sharing the knowledge with colleagues.
